Gilad Ganz
Co-Founder

Gilad Ganz (32) is a co-founder of the IS Resilient Network and is both a business and social entrepreneur who has a very broad network in Israel. He has founded and managed a successful marketing and media relations firm with a client base of leading Israeli companies, startups and public and political figures. In that capacity he served as an aide to Ayelet Shaked which has led to them working together on the IS Resilient Network.  Gilad has also started several social entrepreneurship initiatives including one for Covid 19 testing. Gilad served in an elite unit of the IDF, continues to serve in Miluim and is married with 3 children.

Shmuel Levinger
Co-Founder

Shmuel Levinger (31) is a co-founder of the IS Resilient Network and is completing his medical degree at Tel Aviv University. He is currently a Resident in the surgical department at Sheba Medical Center. Shmuel & Gilad have been very close friends for over 15 years and have worked on several social entrepreneurial projects together over the years. Shmuel served in an elite unit of the IDF is marred with 1 child.

Avivit Dadon
Chief Operating Officer

Avivit Dadon (44) is Chief Operating Officer of the IS Resilient Network. She is an experienced Real Estate and finance executive currently working with Ayelet Shaked at Kardan, as well as a social activist, and has served as political advisor to a wide variety of politicians and ministers in Israeli governments over the years.

Yoni Yishai
Supply chain manager

Yoni Ishay (31) is the Supply Chain Manager of IS Resilient. He is an experienced international business person with shipping, logistics and management experience in Israel, China, the USA and Europe. In addition to volunteering at IS Resilient, Yoni, manages the Shiptanbul company, which specializes in logistics and international shipping. Yoni served in an elite combat unit of the IDF and has until recently had been in Miluim in combat against Hamas since October 7th.

Avitar Dimri
Operations & Finance Manager

Avitar Demari (32), serves as an operations and finance manager for IS Resilient. He is an experienced certified financial planner and pension insurance agent who founded and runs a financial advisory practice. Avitar is experienced in managing large budgets and complex projects and operations. He has served in an elite IDF combat unit and is married.

David Waxman
Advisory board member

David Waxman (59) has 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and strategic advisor. He has founded and served as CEO of 3 startups including 2 in Israel as well as a global strategic advisory business. He is now focusing his efforts on identifying and supporting Israel’s needs and serves on the IS-Resilient Network’s advisory board. He has a BA from Yeshiva University and an MBA from New York University and is a frequent conference speaker and contributor to a number of publications. He is married with 5 children (and 2 grandchildren), all of whom have served in the IDF or national service, or will be serving in the near future.

PRAGMATISM

We aim to ensure that what we spend our and time, resources and donor partner’s funding on meeting need requests that are achievable and meet the real need within the target time frame of when it is truly needed. We ensure that all equipment is up to specifications and will be deliverable before spending our time and our donor partner’s money on it.

EFFICIENCY

We are aiming to work methodically, but quickly and efficiently.  Before deploying any funds, we gather the requirements with an organized methodology, with detailed amounts and specific locations, and get price quotes in advance and complete a thorough and efficient due diligence process. Once we make a decision on a solution and are ready to deploy our donor partner’s capital, we arrange for the shipment and arrange delivery ourselves or via a network or volunteers, even the same day to certain locations.

PROFESSIONALISM

We are very well connected to decision makers in the army, government, and local municipalities. This enables us to know exactly at all times what the specific real needs are, what is a critical priority request and what may be an excessive request, etc. The projects we embark on are in coordination with the governmental authorities and IDF and certified to specification. Our relationships enable us to know exactly what is required and update the requirements in real time.  Being an agile start-up like organization, we are able to hear and then shift what the main priorities are very quickly and deliver the real solution.

TRANSPARENCY

We aim to create a platform that will enable all of our request and donor partners to know exactly in real time what is happening, tracking in real time where the shipments are located and when and where they're being delivered, as well as give our donor partners comfort when and where their contributions will start having an impact.
