As Ayelet Shaked served as a minister in several governments for many years she has direct relationships with local councils located throughout the country. Accordingly, IS-Resilient has reached out to alert many local and municipal councils that IS-Resilient is interested in helping them with some of their specific needs that are currently not able to be met due to budgetary gaps that are a result of increased war expenditures which is leading to less budget for local councils. Accordingly, if there is a shortage of life-saving equipment or other needs that otherwise would not be able to purchased in the near term, IS-Resilient is well positioned to find out about it and potentially help.
Identifying Real Need:
As Ayelet has a relationship with local council, of the city of Dimona, a city in the South with 40,000 inhabitants, after October 7th, when they assessed their new upgraded security requirements and recognized that they had a shortage of life-saving protective equipment including helmets and protective vests for their police force, they reached out to IS-Resilient..
Sourcing & Accessing Real Solution:
All authorized army suppliers maintain a reserve stock of tactical and military gear exclusively for the army. In situations such as war, private organizations cannot make purchases, and suppliers inform them that they are out of stock. Owing to our close connections with the army, we accessed the suppliers via a special route and acquired some of these reserved items
Delivering in Real Time:
Within a few hours of receiving the request, IS-Resilient identified, negotiated and purchased the required additional amount of protective helmets and vests in the range required and they were put into use immediately by the security personnel in the city of Dimona.
